- Supported multiple feature and priority production releases with full SLA compliance and zero downtime, consistently resolving high volumes of incident tickets
- Built custom Splunk, Dynatrace & GCP dashboards monitoring containers and DocAI processors — significantly enhancing real-time visibility and reducing daily operational overhead
- Implemented Jenkins automation solutions (Dynatrace monitoring toggle, mock deployments, OCP cert renewal, ClamAV upgrades) drastically reducing per-request manual effort
